A Workbook for Early Childhood Educators

 

 

Reflective teaching—a continuous cycle of observing, documenting, and planning—supports children's learning and strengthens your teaching skills.  Reflecting in Communities of Practice, a professional development workbook, will help you cultivate your creative, critical, and reflecting thinking skills through ten study sessions. Each session includes guided activities that focus on topics related to understanding the value and key elements of reflective teaching.
