Infant/Toddler Quality Improvement Grant Request for Proposals

Early Childhood Investment Corporation is seeking to provide funding to either a group of interest entities and/or one sole proprietor to develop a defined set of tools and resources for Child Care Providers participating in our Infant Toddler Quality Improvement (ITQI) Pilot.

Please note and understand that this set of work will not include a research or exploratory stage. The staff, providers and regional experts supporting the programs have defined a set of barriers currently being experienced by child care programs across the state, and our goal is to develop an immediate set of tools and resources to support the program’s ability to deliver high quality care for infants and toddlers.

It is anticipated that contracts will range from $10,000 to $80,000, depending on the number of deliverables that applicants are able to commit to completing based on ECIC’s ITQI Tools & Technical Assistance Statement of Work.

Priority will be given to applicants who have experience in working with early childhood programs and/or public sector entities. Applicants should not apply who are not able to meet the very tight timeline that is required to complete the proposed scope of work.
