The Child Care and Development Block Grant requires that states provide information to the public that will promote informed child care choices, including up to three of the most recent provider-specific annual health and safety visit checklists and corrective action plans (CAP) for all licensed and license exempt unrelated providers. License exempt unrelated provider care is provided by family, friends and neighbors who have applied and are enrolled through the Child Development and Care program.
